Scenic Drives

Join us on an early morning or late afternoon scenic drive. Whether you are an early bird or a night owl,
the scenic drive promises to exceed your wildest expectations. Explore Münsterland caves, enjoy sightings of the elusive Klipspringers and the timid Damara Dik-Dik, and be prepared to be mesmerised by the breathtaking sunrise or sunset over the Ugab Terraces.

Bird Watching
Namibia is home to more than 620 species of birds, of which 14 are endemic. The presence of these endemic birds makes Namibia a very special and unique birding destination. Münsterland is a birding paradise and offers more than enough opportunities to view and photograph many of the bird species, e.g. Monteiro’s Hornbill, The Bare Cheeked Babbler and Rüppell’s Parrot.

Walking Trails
Embark on an early morning or late afternoon walk through some of the most scenic terrain. The 2km and 10km walking trails are clearly marked and can be done without a guide and at own leisure.

Scorpion Hunt
For an adventurous experience, guests can join the scorpion hunt after dinner. This walk offers exceptional scorpion viewing and educational opportunities.

Animal Feeding
Meet and feed our tame farm animals – Patches the sheep, Tinkerbell the goat, Donsie & Petrus the donkeys and Vonnie & Floris the ostrich pair. They adore our guests and the extra treats that are offered! As Münsterland is also a working farm, learn more about free range livestock farming in Namibia.
